) to use a search engine like Google to findinformation, a web site address, etc., on the InternGoogle, single handedly took over the internet and the world (if you think about it) over the last decade or so. Not only did they take they internet to a whole new level, the word Google even made it into Webster's dictionary. It boggles my mind how much information this company has on each of us. Every search, shows your interests/hobbies and passions and they cater the web exclusively to you. Its like walking into a store made specifically for you and has only the products that you want in it. They cater the web to you, and that's pretty amazing. They literally organized the web in a file cabinet.
Google puts out so many tools and gadgets that make life a lot easier now. Google Maps, Google earth, Email, Translators, video chat, and Cellphones and they're coming out with a music manager (invite only). http://music.google.com/music/
Since Google is taking over most all cellphones now with the Android OS, they are working on a way to pay for everything via their cell phones. I can't knock this company for what its doing, but man they are really taking over different facets of our life without even thinking about it. And they don't delete any information about you....Pretty crazy!!
There are pluses and minuses to everything, but at the end of the day I utilize this tool everyday.
Happy Googling!
HodgePodge...
