CHEESE!

I've been in the hunt for a nice DSLR camera for a while now and have always been intrigued by photography. Becoming a new father also made buying a camera of more importance. Something reasonable as I'm a newbie to the industry, but something with decent specs to capture some fun pictures. After researching for months, I landed on the Canon T2i. Although its successor the T3i did just come out the prices for cameras are not dropping because of the earthquakes in Japan which are limiting production.

Needless to say, I found a great deal on Canon's site for a refurbished camera. So I've been looking up the fundamentals of photography and ran across this site:

http://www.digital-photography-school.com/learning-exposure-in-digital-photography

It basically sums up the 3 basic elements of photography. ISO, Aperture, ShutterSpeed. The author seems pretty knowledgeable and puts it in new user language. If any of my pics come out decent, I'll try and post it.

Let's see how this goes...
