Exposed Weiner?!?

Another classic case of politicians and their personal lives exposed by the media. So the typical plot is out on Representative Anthony Weiner taking lewd pictures of himself and sending it to a few women and of course he is married. You turn on the news and the only thing that headlines the news is "Weinergate". The thing i found interesting was that he has backers that were vouching for him because they claim that what he did was his personal life and he did nothing wrong.

Me personally, I understand what the protesters are saying. But and a HUGE but is that these people are elected people by the people for the people to represent them and run a state/nation. Now if his personal life is not right, what do you think his professional life could end up like? Now, that may not be the case for every person but, your personal life is what builds your character and eventually what people look at to vote you into these positions.

Weiner in a Bun

The same can be said for celebrities and athletes. The age old argument of being a good role model and "its their personal lives"... Let them do whatever they want. I agree, but they also have to keep in mind they are under the microscope of many that look up to them. Politicians, in my book are held to this a little more because they freaking run our country!

And us as the public we just love to hear non-sense of this nature. So, I guess everyone's a little crazyy and need some daily mental stimulation.
