Flickpick: Too big to fail - HBO

Documentaries are pretty boring in most people's eyes, but I find them pretty interesting as long as the subject matter is appealing. They are even more interesting when turned into a movie.

HBO's depiction of the 2008 stock market plummet is very interesting (based on Andrew Sorkin's book). The movie shows a lot of interesting facts that public doesn't know, other than the stock market is taking a plunge. For instance how the whole banking system now is built like a deck of cards, if one institute falls the whole thing has potential to tumble there for putting us into depression even greater than that of the 1920's.

Pretty crazy how money has always just been a piece of paper that everyone puts a value to.  Now that the economy is in this fragile state its more apparent.
